Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are completed on a secure hosted payment page operated by our payment service provider. My Legacy Cannabis does not collect or store your full card number or card security code on this website. We may retain payment-method type, transaction identifiers, amount, status, timestamps, and related order references for reconciliation, customer support, fraud prevention, refunds, and record keeping.
For Interac e-Transfer orders, we may retain transfer and matching information required to associate the payment with the correct order and maintain an audit trail.
4. ID VERIFICATION DATA
Government-issued ID documents submitted for age verification are:
- Securely transmitted using encryption
- Used solely for the purpose of age verification
- Deleted after the verification process is complete
